Dr. Darcy Wakefield

Even though this dentist was in my insurance network they did not know before appointment what amount I would have to pay out of pocket and when confronted they tried to blame me for not know what procedure they were performing even though they did not inform me of the name of the procedure. I was charged an amount to my credit card and when I called to find out what the charge was for they said they would have to "research" it and get back to me, the next day when they called they not only said they should not have charged the amount but owned me more money.

I chose Dr. Wakefield as my 8 year old's orthodontist. We were so happy with everything from sailing through the paperwork (which is actually paperless), to the cleaning and prep work, to the education we received to the actual braces.
