How does your office help a patient understand their costs for Services, payment plan options, or use of their dental insurance? We tell them what their estimated dental benefits & Out-Of-Pocket will be, we file their Dental Insurance claims for them and we present any Financing Plans that they can apply for through our Practice. We offer financing plans through Care Credit and Capital One. All insurance claims are filed and tracked through our office to ensure the insurance companies make appropriate payments. |

How do you educate your patients about the treatments they need and how to keep problems from reoccurring? We utilize Patient Education technology (videos, animations, etc.). Our office has intra oral cameras to show our patients close up the exact condition we are seeing. The office also has a cosmetic imaging program which can simulate the look we wish to create for our patients. Our Doctors and/or Staff presents key information & demonstrations and we present our Patients with handouts (pamphlets, etc.) for them to take home. |

What do you do when there are multiple treatment options available for a patient's dental condition? We present our Patients every possible treatment approach and then work with them to help them determine the Treatment Plan that best meets their individual needs. Our jobs is to educate our patients of what their options are, not to just impose on our patients one approach to a problem. |

What labs do you use for your restoration services (e.g. Crowns & Bridges) and do you provide patients with a choice of labs? We utilize In-House, Local and U.S.-based high quality Labs that meet our high standards for Patient Care. No work is sent to foreign dental labs. |

What kind of sedation & comfort techniques do you utilize? We utilize a variety of techniques that maximize our Patients comfort. These include Stereo headphones, Nitrous oxide sedation ( laughing gas), and the use of conscious sedation (valium). |

Do you treat children and, if so, how do you help them feel comfortable? Absolutely! We treat children over the age of 8 years old. Children younger than this should be seen by a pedodontist. |

Personal Statement
We offer tomorrow's dentistry today!
Our practice offers the latest in technology. This includes Invisalign, Cerec ( One visit crowns and Onlays), Zoom whitening, laser gum therapy, as well the latest techniques in Implants, Periodontal therapy and Root Canal therapy.
Medical Education
The formal training of Dr. Stevens in 1981 led to an Academic appointment at Tufts School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Stevens is currently doing research at Tufts Dental School in the department of Oral Medicine.
Special Training
Received advanced certificates of training from Invisalign, Cerac, Discus dental ( Zoom II beaching) and the Yankee Dental Congress in a variety of Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry subjects. Certified in Nitrous Inhalation Sedation by Tufts Dental School.
Personal Background
14 years of service as a Trustee of a National Relief Organization (the O.C.M.C.) providing humanitarian and medical aid to various third world countries throughout the world.
Community Involvement
Dr. Stevens has served the community as the Chairman of the Metropolitan District Dental Society (the Mass Dental Societies largest district) and on the peer review committee of the M.D.D.S . He is a member of the ADA, Mass. Dental Society, and the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Stevens also serves on the professional advisory committee for Delta Dental of Ma. and has been certified by Invisalign, Cerec , and Zoom 2 for their new dental technologies.
