How does your office help a patient understand their costs for Services, payment plan options, or use of their dental insurance? Our office manager is an excellent advocate for our patients when it comes to insurance. She is also knowledgable in the various financing options that we offer to our patients. She makes it possible for you to receive the dental treatment you need. |

How do you educate your patients about the treatments they need and how to keep problems from reoccurring? Dr. Jennings' office is equipped with the latest technology to help you understand your dental needs. We utilize intraoral cameras to give an up-close view of the teeth and oral cavity. Other educational materials are on hand as well (videos/broshures) so when you leave our office, you are completely aware of what treatment is being recommended in order to keep your teeth healthy and bright. We also offer cosmetic digital imaging for a sneak preview of your ideal smile. |

What do you do when there are multiple treatment options available for a patient's dental condition? Every option is carefully explored with you during your visit. This allows you to make an educated decision about your dental treatment. The more a patient knows about dentistry, the better. |

What labs do you use for your restoration services (e.g. Crowns & Bridges) and do you provide patients with a choice of labs? We use locally based labs that provide the highest quality product and level of service. We prescribe only the top of the line materials. This ensures that every crown/bridge/implant maintains the consistant and predictable result both the Dr. and the patient expect. |

What kind of sedation & comfort techniques do you utilize? We use nitrous oxide or laughing gas to help fearful patients relax during their dental visit. Dr. Jennings may also have a patient premedicate with a mild sedative prior to their appointment. The key is your comfort and we are happy to find ways to make every visit a good one. |

Do you treat children and, if so, how do you help them feel comfortable? YES!!! We are a family practice that truly enjoys the visits spent helping our youngest patients understand how to take care of their teeth. |

What is your Appointment Cancellation Policy? We prefer a 24 hour notice for a cancelled appointment. |
