Braces are an important investment and we want to make your decision to receive orthodontic care affordable. Our office offers complimentary consultations that include an examination, X-rays and a discussion of recommended treatment. One of our primary goals is to help the average family afford braces without straining their finances. We work closely with our patients to understand their needs and how we can help them achieve terrific smiles at the lowest cost possible. Before any treatment plan begins, we carefully explain to patients the cost of our services and what options they have available that we can help them with – such as working with their insurance company or offering them no down payment and no interest financing. We also offer all financial information during our initial complimentary consultation and on our website. |

How do you educate your patients about the treatments they need and how to keep problems from reoccurring? We conduct a treatment consultation to explain all aspects of your treatment in detail. We will provide a complete clinical diagnosis regarding the nature of the problem, a written summary of the findings and a detailed plan that outlines your treatment, goals and how you can achieve the best results for a lifetime. |

What do you do when there are multiple treatment options available for a patient's dental condition? We make sure that the patient completely understands all of their options, and the pros and cons of each, then we support them in making the best decision for their specific needs. We encourage questions from both the patient and the parent, and as such, we provide ample time to answer your questions. |

What labs do you use for your restoration services (e.g. Crowns & Bridges) and do you provide patients with a choice of labs? In orthodontics, we have several options of materials that we can use. We only use the industry’s leading technology and materials. |

What kind of sedation & comfort techniques do you utilize? Anytime a service will potentially include any patient discomfort, we ensure that the patient remains relaxed and comfortable so that their visit is an enjoyable one. |

Do you treat children and, if so, how do you help them feel comfortable? Absolutely, we provide a fun and friendly environment that puts children at ease. We also thrive to make their out-of-office orthodontic experience enjoyable by providing fun opportunities, such as colored bands. We recommend that children be checked by our orthodontist at the time permanent teeth begin to erupt to detect any deficiencies in the child’s teeth formation. This usually occurs at 7 to 10 years of age. |
