| How does your office help a patient understand their costs for Services, payment plan options, or use of their dental insurance?
For your convenience we accept CareCredit,Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to the actual procedure. |
| How do you educate your patients about the treatments they need and how to keep problems from reoccurring?
We provide our Patients extensive access to both hardcopy & online educational materials that are specific to their dental condition and covers how to maximize the Treatments they have received. |
| What do you do when there are multiple treatment options available for a patient's dental condition?
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Occasionally, treatment can be done the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day. |
| What labs do you use for your restoration services (e.g. Crowns & Bridges) and do you provide patients with a choice of labs?
We use local labs for quicker & more controlled services for our Patients. |
| What kind of sedation & comfort techniques do you utilize?
Nitrous Oxide is a sweet-smelling, non-irritating, colorless gas which you can breathe. Nitrous Oxide has been the the primary means of sedation in dentistry for many years. Nitrous oxide is safe, the patient receives 50-70% oxygen with no less than 30% nitrous. |

Absolutely - Our team spends a lot of extra time to ensure that our youngest Patients are comfortable and understand the treatments they are receiving. |

Dr Zadeh has always exceeded the continuing education requirements of California. Both she and her staff continue to take advanced training in various aspects of dentistry which includes: cosmetic and esthetic dentistry, limited orthodontic dentistry, complete dentition reconstruction, endodontics, periodontics, laser dentistry, digital imaging, TMJ and occlusion.
Personal Background
Dr Sheida Mohammadizadeh (Zadeh) began her privately owned practice in the Riverside area in 2004 after several years of working as an associate dentist in Victorville, CA. Outside of the office, Dr Zadeh is a dedicated wife and mother of two. Dr Zadeh has many interests and during her free time she enjoys reading, family gatherings, and traveling.
Community Involvement
She is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Tri-County Dental Society, and California Dental Association. She is also a proud supporter of several local charities, organizations, and events.
