PatientFYI Interview

How does your office help a patient understand their costs for Services, payment plan options, or use of their dental insurance?
We accept and honor most dental insurance plans. All necessary insurance forms will be completed for our patients so they can receive direct reimbursement from their carrier.
How do you educate your patients about the treatments they need and how to keep problems from reoccurring?
We educate our Patients in a number of ways as to how to best maintain great dental health, including extensive Dental Education Resources on our website.
What do you do when there are multiple treatment options available for a patient's dental condition?
We ensure that our Patients understand all of their options, and we then work with them to choose the best Treatments for their specific needs.
What labs do you use for your restoration services (e.g. Crowns & Bridges) and do you provide patients with a choice of labs?
For Restorative Procedures, we are excited to offer you our In-House CAD/CAM services. Most restorative methods require more than one visit. With this, you can be in and out of the office in a single visit with a brand new permanent crown, onlay, or veneer!
What kind of sedation & comfort techniques do you utilize?
We work tirelessly to ensure that our Patients remain completely comfortable throughout their entire time with us.
Do you treat children and, if so, how do you help them feel comfortable?
Absolutely, the general rule is between 18 and 24 months. Some children require a bit more time to be comfortable. If an area of concern is noticed, then the child should see a dentist as soon as possible.
What is your Appointment Cancellation Policy?
24 Hours Notice Please.

Restorative Procedures In Less Than 2 Hours!

No temporary, no second visit, a precise fit.
CAD/CAM is the epitome of Modern Dentistry. It means that in just 2 hours you can have a crown! There are no temporaries and no need for a second visit. It's a precise fit. CAD/CAM is less invasive and delivers durable, natural looking crowns in a snap. You can say goodbye to gooey impressions, touchy temporaries, and ill-fitting permanent crowns because CAD/CAM uses digital imaging so you get a precise fit without all the mess.
