They always call the day before to remind you of the appointment. I never have to wait long in the waiting room.

While it may sound strange, I actually enjoy going to Dr. Gross' office. Dr. Gross and his staff have completely removed the fear I previously experienced when I went to a dentist. They take their time explaining all facets of what they're doing. With any twinge of discomfort, Dr. Gross stops and takes the necessary steps so that I am not uncomfortable. His entire staff is great. I have never had a bad experience there. Did I mention that the office is very high tech and extremely clean? I can't say enough good things about them!
